Biography

Melbourne-based Youth & Student Wellbeing professional with a psychology-informed approach and over 15 years’ experience across secondary education, NDIS, tertiary, and corporate environments.

Her work focuses on supporting young people through periods of complexity and transition, particularly around identity, confidence, belonging, and direction.

She brings experience across counselling, risk assessment, youth mental health, case management, and student engagement, alongside HR and people development.

With an MSc in Psychology and a Master’s in Personnel Management, she combine’s analytical insight with a practical, people-centred approach.

A consistent thread in her work is supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and with varying support needs. Working across inclusive and mainstream environments has strengthened her understanding of how identity and belonging are shaped through both lived experience and systems.
